COVID-19 Updates – July 2020

Since the beginning of this crisis, Coyne & Associates has worked closely with a team of Pandemic Preparedness Consultants to implement enhanced, COVID-19 specific health and safety protocols so in-home services could continue. These protocols include

  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as masks and gloves, during all in-home sessions
  • Daily health screenings for all staff and all families served
  • Hygiene protocols including scheduled hand-washing, cleaning, and disinfecting
  • Specialized staff training to ensure adherence to COVID-specific health and safety protocols
  • Limited number of family contacts for all Coyne staff
  • Use of Telehealth to supplement in-person services

Coyne & Associates could not be more proud of the renewed dedication and flexibility of all of our highly trained staff as they work collaboratively with families to overcome the obstacles of delivering early intervention and ABA services during these unprecedented times.
